2011 Annual Report
At Ball Brothers Foundation we believe that a ripple can become a groundswell and over time can touch off a wave of change. Simply put, we believe that if we support stabilization and renewal within downtown Muncie and its adjacent neighborhoods, positive growth will spread from the city’s core to the community at large. Like a ripple, one success will lead to another and create a groundswell of commercial, educational, recreational and residential opportunities.
